Wind turbine installers

To qualify for the new Feed-in tariff, you must use equipment and installers certified by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).

This scheme was introduced in 2006 by the Department of Energy & Climate Change to ensure consumers, often unfamiliar with these technologies, are given impartial, third party certification of installer companies and products. It also offers enhanced consumer protection to OFT level requirements and a route for any complaints. Through MCS, consumers can feel confident that complaints will be effectively addressed. The scheme also ensures that consumers get accurate estimations of the likely performance of microgeneration technologies.

If you would like your local MCS surveyor to contact you to arrange a free, no obligation survey, simply fill in your details below. Please note that interest in this scheme is high and it may take a week or two for them to contact you.
